The Three Centers are the parts of our psyche: rational, emotional and somatic. The theory of the Three Centers comes from the Enneagram, which is a psychological model of personality typing. In Enneagram we name them the centers of the head, heart and body.
Sometimes we do everything to escape from being called “bad”: bad worker, bad mother, bad father, bad child, bad husband. What is really bad and good? Bad and good are not only abstract, but also very subjective.
